Mihaela Diaconescu

Mihaela Diaconescu, Vicepresident of U30+ Association, is chemistry teacher with significant management experience as vice principal at ‘Nicolae Titulescu’ National College in Pucioasa, 2002-2017. She is also author and co-author of three reference books for the educational managers, teacher trainer for community management projects and member in the advisory boards of the County Inspectorate of Dambovita.

+ External evaluator expert on quality education for Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance on Pre-university Education
+ Certificates of competencies and many experiences as: auditor in the area of quality/trainer/teacher trainer/mentor/project manager/expert in accessing European structural and cohesion funds/ public relations and communications assistant
+ Competencies and expertise in European projects initiation/development: LLP/Comenius: coordinator of 3 multilateral partnerships, team member for other 4 projects, including Regio, participant to 18 project meetings in the EU countries, beneficiary of 4 individual grants (2 Comenius courses: ‘Stress Management in Schools’- 2009, Istanbul, Turkey; ‘Human Rights Education – Social Rights and Globalization’ – 2005, Venice, Italy), 1 study visit (‘Improving Quality through Internal and External Evaluation in Autonomous Schools’ – 2009, Hamburg, Germany), 1 preparatory visit (San Benedetto del Tronto – 2008, Italy)/ LLP /Leonardo da Vinci: beneficiary of the grant for training course in LLP – LdV/VETPRO (‘Improving Competences for Projects Writing and Implementations withing the Program 2014-2020’ – 2014, Albano Laziale, Italy)/ Erasmus+ Program: coordinator of 2 projects KA1-VET (2014-2015 and 2015-2016), initiator/member in the project team for KA2 – strategic partnership (2014 -2016)
