Olimpia Oancea, President of U30+ Association, is economist, acting since 2005 as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ITAdviser Romania, ICT company delivering premium services based on cutting edge technologies. Her main responsibilities are those related to business development, employee recruitment and client retention. Other activities in which she is deeply involved are those related to overseeing operations of company and developing strategic marketing and sales plans to boost profits and efficiency. Also, she is coordinating the efforts of departments such as legal, finance, marketing and sales, to meet company’s goals.
